Born and raised in Odesa, Ukraine, I relocated to Amsterdam for studies amidst a challenging time in my personal life. This crisis sparked my journey into therapy, spiritual growth, and self-development. Through mindfulness, yoga, and meditation, I connected deeply with my mind, body, and soul. After two years of deep transformation, my passion for inner work and the desire to make a difference in lives of others lead me to become a coach. The coaching training enhanced my self-knowledge, offering insights and tools to help others realize their potential and achieve their desires. For me coaching became a calling to help people to unleash their extraordinary nature to discover their true power, to create and live their purpose. I work on mental, emotional, somatic, subconscious and behavioural levels to assist others in recognising their wholeness, seeing the unlimited potential hidden within, inherent worthiness and ability to create what is true and authentic for them.
